Bruce L. Zinz – President

Bruce is the founder and president of Zinz Construction and Restoration, Inc. and Zinz Design & Selection Center, Inc. A graduate of Youngstown State University, Bruce has been working in the construction industry since the age of six, when his father, Robert W. Zinz, would pay him with ice cream cones. Bruce spent five years working in the insurance industry handling property and casualty claims. He also trained claims adjustors across Ohio in the field of structural estimates and damage repair. Bruce is a passionate and sincere person who enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and playing with his sons. He values the opportunity he gets through his company to help people get back on their feet or build their dreams.

Marcella Zinz - Director of Marketing

As the Director of Marketing, Marcella oversees all print, television and radio advertising, as well as, Home and Garden Shows. She enjoys the creativity aspect of her job and working with the very talented staff at Zinz Construction and Restoration, Inc. In her spare time she is raising her two sons. She is also involved with the Women’s Ministry at her church.

Ken Zinz – Human Resource Manager

As Human Resource Manager, Ken serves as a liaison between management and employees. He handles all employee benefits and the screening of new applicants. Ken holds a B.S. and M.S. from Youngstown State University, as well as a M.A. from Kent State University. He has worked as an educator at both the high school and college levels and has a background in human resources in government and business. Ken served as an Austintown Township Trustee for 12 years, and was a member of the Mahoning County Board of Health for eight years. In his free time, Ken enjoys playing golf, NASCAR, and watching sports.

Nathan Toy - Estimator

As Estimator, Nathan is first on the scene to develop a plan to satisfy the customer’s wants and needs. Nathan specializes in new home construction, sales, and design. He prides himself on attention to detail and customer satisfaction. A graduate of Westminster College, Nathan enjoys playing with his kids, coaching football, and playing sports.

Dino Costello - Production Manager

As Production Manager, Dino is responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, managing, and controlling the companies production activities. Dino owned and operated his own construction company for more than two decades in the Mahoning Valley. His commitment to the industry is apparent through his involvement with the Home Builders Association at the local, state and national levels. He served as president, vice president and executive board respectively. He is committed to giving back in other areas as well. He was involved in Habitat for Humanity projects, Extreme Makeover and various school projects in his community. Dino resides in Canfield with his wife Robin and their two sons, Ricky and Matthew. He enjoys golfing, traveling and long walks on the beach.

Bob Zinz - Service Technician

As a Service Technician, Bob works directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service we provided. Bob maintains our fleet of trucks and handles all deliveries of our dumpsters. He has more than 18 years of experience in customer service and attained his IICRC certification in water. Bob is a cancer survivor who has been in remission for seven years. His hobbies include restoring antique cars and playing with his two children.

Barbie Leffler – Office Manager

As Office Manager, Barbie directs the office administration activities at Zinz Construction and Restoration, Inc. and Zinz Design & Selection Center, Inc.. She works directly with the President assisting with specific administrative, financial, and business tasks. She is responsible for the set up of all new employees, works directly with IT to oversee the computer systems, Financial Reporting & Analysis, and enforcing Operating Policies and Procedures. She previously was a small business owner herself for 16 years. She has an associate degree in Computer Accounting. She enjoys the challenges of learning a new business and the friendships she has built with her coworkers. Her hobbies include volleyball, fine dining, and spending time with her husband and three wonderful children.

Crystal Murphy - Bookkeeper/Office Assistant

As Senor Bookkeeper /Office Assistance, Crystal aids in the administration activities at Zinz as well as general financial responsibilities. She maintains inventory, payroll and assists with the daily operations of the office. Crystal is an assistant to the Production Manager and performs emergency service estimating. She also aids in any duties necessary to the Office Manager and President of Zinz. Crystal has worked in accounting and administration for several years and holds an associate degree in accounting, while completing her bachelor also in accounting. Crystal spends most of her free time with her children and their sport activities.

Bobbie Hosa - Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant

As Design Consultant, Bobbie’s mission is to help our customers create the space in their home they have always dreamed of. Making beauty and functionality the focus of every design while individualizing each design to fit the customers’ own sense of style. Bobbie has been a business owner in the decorating industry for more than six years. Having always had a desire to design, she enjoys her position at Zinz Construction and Restoration, designing Kitchens and Baths. Believing that home is the core of family life, Bobbie’s passion is to make every house a home.  Bobbie is a wife and mom of three wonderful children. She enjoys camping, gardening, vacations, her two golden retrievers, ice cream and, of course, decorating!
