The Warranty Program is specifically in place to service customers on any issue related to work previously completed by Zinz Construction and Restoration, Inc. It is the backbone of who we are. All projects, big and small, come with a 1 Year Basic Warranty, covering workmanship. Materials are warranted through the material manufacture. New Homes come with a 10 Year Structural Warranty, covering workmanship and structural integrity.
